This policy covers pinkpillrxhq.com, the PinkpillRx email list and the emails you send us. PinkpillRx LLC runs all three. Katie and Jay Fillmore own PinkpillRx LLC. We wrote this policy in plain language so you know what happens with your information.
Our product sites
When you buy from a PinkpillRx product site, the privacy policy on that site covers your purchase. Personal Videos has its own policy at videos.pinkpillrxhq.com/privacy.
What we collect
When you visit this site
This site has no forms and sets no cookies. Netlify, our web host, receives your IP address and basic browser details with every visit. Every web host works this way. Netlify also measures how fast our pages load for real visitors. Netlify groups those measurements together, and the measuring sets no cookies.
When you join our email list
Our email list runs on Kit. Kit collects your email address and any name you give us. Kit also records whether you open our emails and which links you click. We use those numbers to see which emails help you most.
When you email us
We receive your name, your email address and everything you write. This includes emails to stories@, partnerships@ and hello@pinkpillrxhq.com.
When you use a link to another company
Venmo, Patreon, Amazon, Birdie and the other companies we link to collect information on their own sites under their own privacy policies. We never see your payment details. When you buy through our Amazon or Birdie links, those companies use cookies to credit us with the sale. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
Your stories
We never share your story without your written permission. This covers the podcast, social media, email and every other place we publish.
Before we share a story, we remove names and details able to identify you or anyone else in your story.
Stories often include health, relationship and safety details. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. If you tell us about another person, leave out details able to identify them.
Emailing us is not medical care, and we do not answer emails around the clock. If you are in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

We rely on a small set of companies to run this site and our email:

- Kit runs our email list.
- Google Workspace runs our business email.
- Bunny Fonts serves the fonts on this site without tracking you.
Each company handles your information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep information
Kit keeps your email address until you unsubscribe. We keep emails you send us as long as we need them to reply and run our business. Ask us anytime to delete yours.
Your choices
Every email from our list includes an unsubscribe link.
Email hello@pinkpillrxhq.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
Some countries and states give you added privacy rights. We honor valid requests from anywhere.
Children
We make our content for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new date.
